Our Junior Hapkido program is designed to give pre-teens and teens the best and most appropriate martial arts training for their age. Our program is targeted at teenagers who are looking for more than a regular workout. Combining an exciting and encouraging atmosphere with our mixed martial arts curriculum of Hapkido and self-defense grappling, high schoolers are sure to have the time of their lives while getting physically fit, learning to keep safe, and staying positive.

The program provides an environment for 12 to 15 year olds to practice with kids their age in more challenging and functional classes designed just for them. One of the key emphasis of our youth program is to teach goal setting through two fundamental Martial Arts principles of respect and self-discipline. They also learn concepts that help improve fitness, inspire self-confidence, and a positive self-image.
